When you purchase a product, you’re buying a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use that product for your own business use. Products may include downloadable templates, toolkits, checklists, or online courses.
Access and Delivery
- Downloadable products are delivered via email or made available through your e-commerce account immediately after payment.
- You will have access to your downloads for 12 months from purchase.
- Courses are available on the website for 12 months from the purchase date.
Licence and Usage
All products remain the intellectual property of Hospitality Marketing Hub. You may not:
- Resell, share, or redistribute the content.
- Modify, adapt, or republish any part of the content.
- Use the materials in client work unless specifically licensed for agency or reseller use.
If these terms are breached, we reserve the right to revoke access without refund.
Payment and Pricing
- Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe.
- We are not currently VAT registered.
- Prices are stated in GBP and are subject to change at any time.
Refunds and Cancellations
As this is a B2B digital transaction, there is no right to cancel or receive a refund once access has been granted. All sales are final.
